Whatever your musical pursuit may be, keep these few points in mind to find a flow of creativity :
- Make sure the music is meaningful to you and requires skills that you have or are developing.
- Set goals for yourself that are challenging but achievable
- Push yourself to complete your goals and improve each time (we can usually complete more than we think we can)
- Really concentrate on the task at hand and tune out all distractions, aim for a zen-like state as you perform your task
